Fairy tales and magic are usually restricted to the realm of fantasy, but all this changes when an archaeological dig unearths things that would have been better left buried. Ancient artifacts created millennia’s ago by aliens, restores some magic to the world, as two disparate sorcerers, begin to wield power that could twist all the preconceived laws of nature.
Adopting the name of a Hebrew High Priest of those ancient times, one of these sorcerers seeks ascendancy and power, and allies himself with moguls of great wealth in an attempt at world domination. His antagonist is an unsuspecting young man, who struggles with this inheritance, and a budding confrontation evolves into a battle of guile and innovation, as the other growing colossus of evil is fearfully challenged by this reluctant and telepathic twenty-first century magician.
Such power comes with both a price and a purpose, but neither man is cognizant of the magnitude of what is now being slowly enacted, from plans formulated thousands of years ago. The mastery of time and space were the skills of the ancient aliens, and now their plan is slowly and intricately unfolding, and hopefully unleashing events that will eventually prevent the impending chaos that threatens two universes.
Ensorcelled and disoriented, Simon Hadley finally gets a grip onto his repressed sorcery skills, and he puts all his efforts into finding his missing friends. He has re-emerged into a chaotic international situation, where it becomes difficult to retain their freedom, and he finds it practically impossible to assist in limiting the growing power of their adversaries.Although Ithamar, the sinister modern-day sorcerer is now dead, the wealthy and ruthless cartel that was allied with him, is achieving unbelievable political power throughout the western world, with their contrived imposition of the widespread Anti-terrorist Treaty Authority.
As events escalate out of control, the remnants of the ancient forces with which he is bonded, now intervenes to assist him to escape this turmoil. Unfortunately, this assistance proves to be a mixed blessing, and they become caught up in events akin to their own ancient history, but where magic prevails and competes alongside the other forces of nature.
He soon realizes they have followed the ancient footprints and blueprints, left by the alien Carzars, and he begins to ponder whether all of what has happened to him could well have been due to some grand plan devised in antiquity.
